Get Your Geek On: Deathly Hallows

This probably doesn't come as a surprise to most of you, but I love Harry Potter, and while I was watching the first movie the other day, I decided to go and find myself a Deathly Hallows symbol necklace.
I couldn't decide between a big black version and a smaller silver one. I was browsing through etsy for so long and then I decided to look on ebay and I a found a black version for just 4 pounds, so I decided to get a silver one as well.

Here are the links to the listings:

Silver - The circle rotates, which I love, I looked at so many designs and I definitely prefer the proportions of this to many of the others out there. Comes with no chain, though.
Black - Available in loads of colours. The chain it comes it isn't the best quality, but for the price, it's fine. Really fast shipping too on this item.
So if the necklaces aren't enough for you, because they weren't for me, apparently, I'd advice you to check out Orange Circle on Spreadshirt. I just put in an order for this t-shirt:
Neat, yes?

They have so many amazing designs, I kind of wanted to get one of each. The Deathly Hallows symbol comes in several cosmic colours, in neon colours, in b/w and in glitter. I had a hard time choosing. But yeah, check them out, because there are a lot of trendy designs such as skulls, crosses, inverted crosses, triangles, cosmic and leopard stuff. I'll get back to you on this once I receive my order.

Pastels & Crosses

Skirt - H&M
Jumper - Gina Tricot
Shoes - Jeffrey Campbell
Sunglasses - H&M
Necklace - Zygomatics on etsy
Earrings by Tenna.
Rings - Regal Rose

Even though I have a cold, I pulled myself out of bed to go and watch Avengers again last night, this time with Tenna, Louise and Mia. I opted for something comfortable with warm tights and a jumper. This movie is ridiculously amazing, okay! It's the best movie I've seen in a long time.

Tenna stayed over and today we went downtown, after watching four episodes of Supernatural, to do a bit of shopping. Although, not too much, because we don't want to spend too much this month, heh. I only bought two movies (Thor and The Tourist). But we had a nice lunch and a warm chocolate, then we shot our outfits and went our seperate ways.

Blazer - H&M
Shirt - Monki
Skirt - H&M
Shoes - JC
Jewelry - Regal Rose
You know, I've been thinking about dip dyeing my hair a lighter colour. I don't know, maybe I should wait until it's gotten a bit longer, so it'll look better. I just want to change it up a bit, hmm.

Goodiebox - April

The theme of this month's (well, last month's actually, as it arrived three days into May, hmm) Goodiebox is "Back to the roots", inspired by Coco Chanel, the Goodiebox people have focused on the fundamental products that make our skin and hair look amazing.

"Simplicity is the keynote of all true elegance".
- Coco Chanel

Urtekram Nordisk Birk Shampoo for normal hair.
Ecological shampoo. I like the pump dispenser. The scent isn't that interesting, but it made my hair squeaky clean. Too clean to be exact! My hair looked dull and was completely unmanagable. I'm sorry to say that I won't be using this one again, even though it's made from 100 % organic ingredients.

Dr. Hauschka Body Care Kit
Probably the headliner of this box, and the most exciting product in the two Goodieboxes I've received, I've heard good things about this brand, but after trying the three moisturizers, I can honestly say that I won't be getting any use out of this set. They are so fragrant, I can't stand them and the consistency is really liquidy. They are definitely not for me, but I gave the set to my mom, maybe she'll like them.

Derma Eco Woman 24H Creme
I'm not going to let it be a secret, but I've never been a fan of Derma's products, despite them being all allergy friendly and such. Every product I've tried has never done it for me. Soaps have dried out my skin and lotions have been far from moisturizing enough for me, so yeah, not a big fan. But I'll try this one out, you never know, maybe it'll change my mind.

Natural 50
Max Factor Ageless Elixir
Foundation sample. A tricky kind of thing to put in a Goodiebox in my opinion. It's definitely not right for my skin tone. It's several nuances too dark and a bit too orange for my skin. I tried it on nevertheless, and it has quite good coverage and a velvety texture, so it goes on smoothly. If it wasn't for the fact that it's filled with parabens and other bad things, I might be looking into it if I ever were to need a liquid foundation.

I like this Goodiebox better than last month's, but next time I'm hoping for more makeup products.
